Upon registration, all guests who are staying in the room must be identified.
Every registered guest is responsible for any and all damages that occur in the room, including violations of no smoking policies.
Anyone who disrupts the peace, quiet and enjoyment of any other guest will be subject to ejection without a refund. Depending on the circumstances, police will be called.
Notify guests of the restricted number of room occupants based on state and local fire codes. If you have guests, please use our Picnic area.

Nothing herein above constitutes or be deemed to constitute any tenancy or sub-tenancy or any right of tenancy or sub-tenancy or any right or interest in the hotel premises or any part or position thereof in favor of any guest or resident or visitor.

The hotel reserves the right charge per night cancellation fee should you cancel any nights from your originally intended length of stay.

In case of any charges not cleared at the time of checkout, The credit card information and the acknowledgement on this registration card will be considered as the authorization for the uncharged settled amounts.  
For No shows and early check outs, One night’s room rate is charged to the credit card.

Early check-In or Late-Check out is subjected to bed/room availability on the relevant day, To be reconfirmed with the front office staff.
A levy is chargeable for early check-in from 07:00 to 13:00 hours and late check-out from 11:00 to 13:00 hours.
Room not occupied by 22:00 hours will be seen as No Show, unless prior arrangement has been made.
For Peak Season, all reservations payments are non-refundable.
Guarantee by credit card: Reservation is allowed to modify/cancel online on your own before 48 hours prior to the arrival date and with a minimum $5 admin fees with any surcharges will be non-refundable.
Cancellation/No Show Policy: Once a reservation is confirmed, please notify us by email of any cancellation or modification of the booking at least 2 days (48 hours) before date of arrival for FIT bookings and 2 weeks before arrival for Group bookings in order to avoid a charge of 1 night’s stay to be imposed.
All guests must produce a valid ID upon Check-in: For any early Check-out, there will be one night early check-out penalty to be imposed. In an event of a guest No Show, a fee of one night’s rate will be charged.
